About
The Kansas City Area Regional Arthritis Center at Saint Luke's Hospital is part of the Saint Luke's Health System (SLHS) and one of seven regional centers established in Missouri by the State Board of Health in 1984.
The goal of the Missouri State Arthritis Program and the Kansas City Area Regional Arthritis Center is to make education, treatment and support services available and accessible to people with arthritis and related musculosketal conditions.
The Kansas City Area Regional Arthritis Center distributes arthritis information serves as a referral center and provides arthritis programs to health-care providers and consumers. The Saint Luke's Center serves the greater Kansas City area and the 10 Missouri counties of Platte, Clay, Ray, Carroll, Jackson, Lafayette, Cass, Johnson, Bates and Henry.
