Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Self-Help Course
Description:This In-depth program gives people with arthritis the knowledge and skills needed to better manage arthritis. Classes cover ways to reduce pain and stress, cope with fatigue, use medications wisely and benefit from exercise. Perfect for the newly diagnosed as well as those whose arthritis requires more aggressive management.

Chronic Disease Self-Management Course
Description:This program is a six -week group education workshop series for adults living with a chronic condition. The program was developed by researchers at Stanford University to help people with chronic conditions gain self-confidence in their ability to manage their own health. People with chronic conditions have many similar concerns and problems. They must deal not only with their diseases(s), but also with the impact these have ontheir lives and emotions. The sessions provide information about issues related to a variety of conditions - diabetes, heart disease, stroke, asthma, arthritis, emphysema and others. It educates you about options for managing multiple symptoms, improving communication and finding appropriate resources. The workshop series emphasizes helping and learning from one another through sharing experiences. It is designed to complement the professional services offered by your health care team.

Arthritis and Fibromyalgia Support Group
Description: Share your successes and problems with others, and get tips about how to overcome problems caused by arthritis and fibromyalgia. Activities include discussions, guest speakers and social activities.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise (formerly known as PACE)
Description: A gentle land-based exercise program for increasing joint flexibility and range of motion and maintaining muscle strength. Videos are available for at-home exercises. Class is FREE.
